Este situat la parter (accesul, pentru Sibiu Home 1, se poate face atat prin balcon, cat si prin scara blocului). Capacitatea apartamentului este de 4 persoane (ideal pentru familii). Copii beneficiaza de jucarii si canale TV speciale (Netflix, Smart TV). Exista retele de internet wireless. Sunt 2 locuri de joaca in apropiere (la 50 de m distanta). Distanta pana in centrul Sibiului ( zona istorica ) este de 14 minute de mers pe jos (1,6 km). Piata Rahova este la 500 m distanta, Catedrala de pe Mihai Viteazul este la 200 m distanta, Muzeul ASTRA – 13 minute cu masina, Gradina Zoologica – 12 minute cu masina.
